How long can Williams wait for their driver announcement?

An interesting fact is that Williams decided in 2000 and in 2005 its drivers at the very last minute. In 2000 it was Button vs Junqueira (Button won) and in 2005 it was Heidfeld vs Pizzonia (Heidfeld won). And by saying at the very last minute its like that. A day or less before the fist test.

So how long can they wait this time? We can have a repeat. With the announcement still in the unknown and a big question mark on Sutil they can theoretically wait until the legal case with the German driver is over and decide afterwards. The first test is on the 7th on February. So the Sutil case can be closed, things will be settled down and Williams will have some days to call the driver in. All have done their seat fittings, so everything is in place. They have all the time they need.
